ABC's of Sports Parent & Child - New! - ABC's of Sports Parent & Child This is often a child's first time participating in a structured sports class, so everything is new and exciting! At this stage, we focus on breaking down the basics in eight different sports while learning to follow instructions, take turns, improve balance, and build confidence in a supportive environment surrounded by caregivers and positive role models.

Soccer and T-Ball: Intro to League Play - Soccer and T-Ball: Intro to League Play In this class, we divide into two of the most loves sports, baseball, and soccer. We will introduce your young athlete to the basics of both sports through imagination skill-based games, that will constantly be improving cognitive and social skills, and most importantly learning to work together as a team. The first part of the session focuses on soccer skills such as passing, throw-ins, dribbling and goalie skills and non-competitive game play. Midway through the season we switch to baseball skills such as throwing, catching, batting, running bases and fielding before playing an actual game. Parent participation is required for ages 2-3 years old.

They'll get to play soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, golf and tennis - All in one place! Sportball classes are the perfect way to keep your child active and having fun. They'll build confidence, teamwork skills, and learn how to compete in a healthy way.

8 Sports Skills & Team Play - 8 Sports Skills & Team Play Sportball Skills & Team play focus on cooperative and competitive lay with a main focus on optimal range of motion and whole body strength development. Children will focus on: smart decision making skills through team play, learning how to manage winning and losing, running with speed and accuracy, agility and quickness in multiple directions, balance and coordination, kicking and throwing with distance and accuracy and more!

Intro to Flag Football - Intro to Flag Football Beginning to intermediate players will enjoy this fun, skill-intensive program. Our progression based curriculum promotes sportsmanship and teamwork while teaching the whole player. The coaches work on throwing, catching, field goals, routes, snapping, and footwork in fun, exciting skill focused games.
