This low-impact exercise class incorporates seated stretch, standing or seated strength training, along with balance and coordination movements all while grooving to fun, inspiring music!

This class is free because of the generosity of Scan Health Plan. Please bring a caregiver if you need assistance. Registration is required for all participants and their caregiver.

*If student misses 3 classes in a row, they will be removed from the class to allow for those on the waitlist.
