Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise focusing on core muscles while also training arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his entire body as very young man and then began teaching others. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. 

Yoga mat is required for this class and water is recommended.
