Come join us as we move and build strength and endurance to some fun and groovy music. We will start off with a good morning stretch and get the blood flowing with light low impact movements. Part of the class will be done standing and the other half seated. The health benefits of movement and light weight training is essential and vital during older adulthood. Grab your friends and let's get moving!

Spaces are limited. Max. 20 participants
