Come join us as we move and build strength and endurance to some fun and groovy music. We will start off with a good morning stretch and get the blood flowing with light low impact movements. The main focus of this class will be strengthening the upper body. The health benefits of movement and light weight training is essential and vital during older adulthood. Grab your friends and let's get moving!
