Pilates on the Reformer • Register • View Cart •

This Reformer Pilates Class utilizes a unique piece of Pilates equipment called a Reformer. This is ideal for those who are new to Pilates, have limitations they are working through or are just getting back into the studio after a long hiatus. Our experienced instructors will provide specific guidance on the Balanced Body equipment and give detailed information on the fundamentals of Pilates. Expect a full body workout, deep stretching and a lot of fun!


Participants are required to wear grip socks when in the Garage Pilates studio space working on the Pilates reformers. The socks can be purchased on Amazon or at our Garage Pilates retail area at the studio.
