Seeking less stress and more energy? Join us in QiGong, an ancient practice adapted to our times. QiGong is based on gentle movements of breathing, warm-ups, stretches, flows, and meditation designed to increase overall well-being and circulate Qi (your vital force energy) to promote better health. We will be exploring the Five Elements and Three Treasures flows in this class. All movements are standing and easily modified to your own needs. A short standing or seated meditation will complete each session.
       
Wear comfortable clothing and a soft shoe or go barefoot and bring a mat for comfort.
