Finding time for fitness as a parent can be tough, but your health matters! Join our Parent & Me Fitness Class -a 60-minute workout designed for parents of young children. Bring your little ones along in a stroller or car seat and enjoy a supportive environment focused on wellness, community, and family-friendly fitness. While parents are responsible for their own child during class, we'll provide a few engaging distractions to keep the little ones entertained. Let's get fit together and build strength with support from fellow parents! Limited to 2 children per adult. Children must be between ages 0-3. No children? No problem! The work will include cardio, strength training, and stretching.
