Pickleball Tournament - Parks Recreation Month

Show off your skills and come compete at the City of Los Alamitos' 2nd Annual Pickleball Tournament! Did somebody say FREE? Yes, that's right. This tournament is too good to be true, as registration is completely FREE. But don’t wait—the tournament is limited to only 36 teams of 2! So grab a partner and get signed up as soon as possible! There will only be two divisions: Beginner/Intermediate: 2.0 - 3.5 & Intermediate/Advanced 3.5 - 4.0.

Each division will cap at 18 teams.
*Divisions may be combined if not enough teams enroll.

Location: Laurel Park (10862 Bloomfield St., Los Alamitos, CA)

The tournament will be formatted as follows:
8:15 - 8:45am: Check-In / Warm - Up (Beginner/Intermediate Division)

8:45 - 9:00am: Tournament Overview

9:00 - 12:00pm: Round Robin/Bracket Play

11:30 - 12:00pm: Check-In / Warm - Up (Intermediate/ Advanced Division)

12:00 - 12:15pm: Tournament Overview

12:15 - 3:00pm: Round Robin/Bracket Play

TDUE TO THIS BEING A RAPID TOURNAMENT,  WE CAN ONLY GAURANTEE TWO MATCHES PER TEAM. AFTER POOL PLAY, ONLY THE TOP 14 TEAMS WILL ADVANCE TO SINGLE ELIMINATION BRACKET PLAY. ALL MATCHES ARE PLAYED TO 11, WIN BY 2.

To register for the tournament, you and your partner must register individually. Once registration is complete for the both of you, please email ahernandez@cityoflosalamitos.org with team name and both players first and last name

*Don't have a partner, but still want to play? No problem! Register individually and email ahernandez@cityoflosalamitos. We will do our best to pair you with another free agent. There is no guarantee that a partner will be found.
