For beginners to learn the fundamentals of pickleball including exercises to improve your mobility and flexibility on a pickleball court to take you to the next level. The mysteries of kitchen, dinking and pickle!
Materials: Please bring a paddle and a ball.
Attendance Policy:
- For classes 6 weeks or less, participants will be removed from the class after 2 absences
- For classes 7 weeks or more, participants will be removed from the class after 3 absences
