Boxing for Parkinson's Disease - Boxing For Parkinson's Disease Boxing for PD is a non-contact class designed to help older adults find a fun way to build strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance through a boxing program. The class is open to everyone but is especially suited for older adults seeking to manage symptoms related to Parkinson's Disease. The class is led by a personal trainer affiliated with the non-profit organization Parkinson's Exercise Programs For You (PEP4U).
