The class is led by a personal trainer affiliated with the non-profit organization Parkinson's Exercise Programs For You (PEP4U).

This low-impact exercise class incorporates seated stretch, standing or seated strength training, along with balance and coordination movements all while grooving to fun, inspiring music! This class is free because of the generosity of the Los Alamitos Foundation. Please bring a caregiver if you need assistance. Registration is required for all participants and their caregiver. Attendance Policy:  For classes 6 weeks or less, participants will be removed from the class after 2 absences For classes 7 weeks or more, participants will be removed from the class after 3 absences
