This moving meditation aids mindfulness, fitness, and balance. At 9:25 am, beginners will learn the basics of how to move in T'ai Chi Chih. Intermediate students will join at 10:00 am and will do a full practice with the beginners following along.

This low-impact exercise class incorporates seated stretch, standing or seated strength training, along with balance and coordination movements all while grooving to fun, inspiring music! This class is free because of the generosity of Scan Health Plan. Please bring a caregiver if you need assistance. Registration is required for all participants and their caregiver. *If student misses 3 classes in a row, they will be removed from the class to allow for those on the waitlist.

Learn how to release trauma or stress through the use of Yoga. The use of breath work, yoga positions, tapping EFT, and meditation will be taught. This five-week soccer program will teach your child the basic, beginning skills of soccer. Taught in a clinic style format. Participants will learn various skills throughout the program such as passing, dribbling, ball control, defenses, and shooting. Award is included in the fee.

In this 8 week session, we dive into two of the most loved sports, baseball and soccer. We will introduce your young athlete to the basics of both sports through imagination skill-based games, that will constantly be improving cognitive and social skills, and most importantly learning to work together as a a team. The first part of the session focuses on soccer skills such as passing, throw-ins, dribbling and goalie skills and non-competitive game play. Midway through the season we switch to baseball skills such as throwing, catching, batting, running bases and fielding before playing an actual game.Parent Participation Required for 16m-3 years  and 2 - 3 year old classes.

Lap Swimming will be available for participants on Saturdays and Sundays during regular pool hours of 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended to be made ahead of time for each Lap Swim visit to guarantee a spot, walk-ins are welcome based on available space. The price of Lap Swim is $4.00 per visit, no cash payments will be accepted on site. Reservations are available in 60-minute timeslots. There are no refunds or transfers for Lap Swim.

In this 8 week session, we dive into two of the most loved sports, baseball and soccer. We will introduce your young athlete to the basics of both sports through imagination skill-based games, that will constantly be improving cognitive and social skills, and most importantly learning to work together as a a team. The first part of the session focuses on soccer skills such as passing, throw-ins, dribbling and goalie skills and non-competitive game play. Midway through the season we switch to baseball skills such as throwing, catching, batting, running bases and fielding before playing an actual game.Parent Participation Required for 16m-3 years  and 2 - 3 year old classes.
